The Agricultural Alliance of New Brunswick has launched a new website designed to tackle one of the industry’s biggest challenges: connecting job seekers with agricultural employers. He also talks about the aging workforce in the sector, why recently retired New Brunswickers are an untapped source of seasonal labour, and how student programs and evolving, tech-driven agriculture careers are reshaping what work in the industry looks like today.
