Fredericton, NB – The Agricultural Alliance of New Brunswick (AANB) and the New Brunswick Veterinary Medical Association (NBVMA) are pleased to announce the establishment of the AANB-NBVMA Veterinary Excellence Award, a new recognition celebrating veterinary professionals whose work has made an impact in NB’s agricultural sector and rural communities.

The award will honour a member of the NBVMA who has demonstrated exceptional leadership, innovation and professional excellence in advancing animal health, welfare, and agriculture sustainability across the province. The recipient will be recognized at the reception following the AANB Annual General Meeting (AGM), where they will deliver a five-minute acceptance speech and have their name and photo featured in AANB publications and on the AANB website.
